During suspension, access to funds may be temporarily restricted pending investigation.
aajll may terminate your account and these Terms at any time by providing written notice to your registered email address. Upon termination not caused by a player's breach, aajll will return any verified real money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) to the player via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time.
You may close your aajll account at any time by contacting aajll customer support. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw any available real money balance. aajll will not be liable to return bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of account closure.
aajll reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players by email to their registered address or by prominent notice on the aajll platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory order.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines for resolution.
Nothing in this section prevents aajll from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or enforce the prohibitions set out in Section 10.
